INPEX Idemitsu Norge has a duty to safeguard human rights and comply with the Norwegian Transparency Act to ensure transparency and accountability in our activities.

Our due diligence report has been prepared in accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act section 5 and describes the policies and procedures to protect human rights and decent working conditions and provides information regarding our company’s human rights due diligence.

Any person has the right to information regarding how the we address actual and potential adverse impacts uncovered by our due diligence.
